The families


The Albert Restaurant, Hotel and Conference centre is owned and managed by three families that amongst them have a long and solid experience in the restaurant and hotel business. After many years of common projects in Sweden and abroad, they form a very closely nit team of professionals.
Together, they have obtained several distinctions in the area of gastronomy, and they’re a member of the European association for star chefs, EuroToques. Rickard have also been cooking in several radio- and television programmes, for going on twentyfive years.

The Halleröd-family has been in the business for more than 35 years. Rickard as a successful chef in numerous well-known establishments throughout the country. Apart from being chiefly responsible for running Albert’s, he is often engaged as a lecturer, Master of Ceremonies,  and as a member of juries at competitions. He is also active in Sweden’s Restaurant Managers’ Association and in the West Swedish Gastronomic Academy. Together with Erik, he is also involved in product development for companies in the food industry. His son Max Hallerod is one of two headchefs in the restaurant at Albert.

The Florén-family has many commissions within the sector. Christoffer grew up in the Öster-family, that has a long tradition in restaurant keeping.

Christoffer is daily in the kitchen at Albert.

Within the Tengblad-family, it
is Svante
that contributes with his solid qualifications in the field of economics. He is financial controller for both Albert’s and other commonly owned establishments. Svante has a great deal of administrative experience within the sector, and also has a strong interest in food and drink.
